09,

-FILTERED AWAY FROM VAMPIRES + Tony Foster + Dr Hix-
When's something going to be done about the vampires, huh? One of them killed me not long ago, and more than just me by the sound of it. You keep saying they're taken care of, but nothing happened to him. I think he's gone now, alright? No punishment, no anything.

As ek wou sterf nie, sou ek bly in Afrika, huh? Ek wil nie hier bly nie. How about I go to dem moordenaar and get me some dem weapons, huh?

You hate vampires as much as I do? You let me know. We see if we can't get some oplossings. 'Results', huh?

Sorry, I admit I forgot. Remind me how you feel about vampires.

I was murdered by one a little over a year ago. She, like the others, was simply coddled by the wardens.

That should give you a hint as to how I feel.

How would you feel about trying to poison some?

There's a problem with that: wardens handle their food.

Because, as you can see, they're worthy of special protection, while the rest of us are meant to entrust our fellow inmate with our meals.

That's why we get to it before the wardens, huh? They have to keep it locked up somewhere.

Or we remove the wardens from the equation entirely.

After all, given their love of vampires, I wouldn't be surprised if they ran extra special tests on their food each day.

And how do we do that, huh? The wardens enjoy protecting them. Makes them feel more open-minded and charitable than they actually are.

We get them out of the kitchen entirely. We raise the issue of the inherent unfairness of vampires receiving special protection, while the rest of us are overworked with no extra warden support, as well as subject to potential handling of tainted food. Why do we take the extra risk, while the vampires have none?

We demand an equal playing field, and we stage a walk out. Consider the fact that the only other fair alternative to removing the wardens on blood duty is to have them replace the kitchen staff entirely with their own numbers. They would never actually subject themselves to that, because it isn't a feel-good operation.

I'm not on kitchen staff and my name attached might make it look biased. You tell me what you need and I'll support you in whatever way I can. It's a good plan and has good potential.

I can tell you're military, huh? You actually think things through.

As would mine. We need another man to front it. I'll talk to my people and see what can be arranged, as well as what we need.

Not often the response I get. Did you serve, as well?

Private. Lawl, Sylar can front it. xD

Let me know what you find, my man.

Ja. For South Africa.
