We've been out of blood for the beasts for some time, huh? What's to stop us from just not feeding them anymore? Can't we lock them up and just let them starve? They live forever, all right? So there'd be no "death toll" or worry of them coming back. We just lock them up and let them starve like the monsters they are.

Why is everyone treating them like they're some kind of humans, huh? I could say the same about some of the other creatures here too, but they haven't become dangerous yet.

Thing is, that's punishing them for what they are - they can't help how they're made, no more than you can help being a human with no powers or abilities bar your lovely accent and strange use of languages.

You can't help that, but you can help what you do with it - and so can they. There's no reason to torture them. None at all.

Nobody chooses to be a vampire. It's not a life choice, it's something that you can't help. It's not fun and shits and giggles, you know. Nobody wants this.

They were human once. They can still think and feel - Trust me, I work with the undead, this is how I know, and my ethical standards say I don't use my magic on a sentient, free thinking member of the undead. Which, undoubtedly, every single vampire on board is. So it's torture.

I'm not asking for your "magic". I'm asking for results, huh? I'd rather kill them, but that doesn't seem to be a choice. If you don't want lock them up, what do you want?

It was a principle. I want them to be treated with a little bit of respect - those that do something wrong should be locked up, yes, just like any other inmate. Those who don't shouldn't be punished.
